Payment
We accept both electronic and traditional payment methods to complete your transaction. Complete the checkout and pay online with Paypal for the fastest processing time and shipment. Additionally, we accept Bitcoin as well as money order, direct transfer, and direct payment at the gallery which is arranged following checkout using the Offline Payment option. Placing an order on this website (even if you intend to pick up or view the item in person) reserves the piece for you and ensures it will be there for you when you arrive.
Shipping
Depending on the individual painting, the product will be professionally crated, wrapped and protected during the shipping process to ensure safe delivery. Certain canvases may also be rolled to allow for more efficient shipping to difficult or costly destinations. Tracking and insurance is mandatory for the complete purchase price and is included in the shipping cost. Although very rare, this allows us to cover any damages that may occur during shipment worldwide. Shipping costs may appear high at first, however when the packing materials, labour and insurance are considered you will find that it is competitive with others in this industry and ensures safe and timely arrival of your art.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 5 days of receiving shipment you may return the product to us at your own expense for a full refund. We understand there may be some uncertainty when buying online, and subtle differences in colour tones or expected appearance going from on-screen to on your wall.
